A driver in the Nenagh area was arrested after failing a roadside test for Cocaine. Tipperary Roads Policing Unit were on patrol and found that the vehicle did not have insurance when checked on the new Garda App that enables insurance details to be verified remotely. Garda seized the vehicle and the driver now faces a future court date.
