Tipperary Tidy Towns Group is to hold it’s April Meeting tomorrow evening at 7pm in the Porterhouse.
Members of the community are invited to attend as plans for upcoming projects are finalised. The meeting will consider issues such as group finance, insurance and an upcoming fundraising event at SuperValu.
Tipperary Tidy towns will host a community clean up day on April 27th and interested persons can register to participate via the Group’s Facebook page. A project to count the presence of swifts in Tipperary town is also to be completed in the coming weeks.In preparation for the submission of this year’s Tidy Towns Competition Entry Form, which will detail all work since June 1st 2023, a photograph of the Group and supporters will be taken at tomorrow night’s meeting. The deadline for entry to the 2024 competition is May 8th. All community support and participation in Tipperary Tidy Towns is appreciated according to Chairperson Paul O’Callaghan.
