The developer involved in a major new housing development in Tipperary town hopes to have the first batch of 14 houses sold and occupied by July.

Pramukh Gogineni’s plans ultimately include the delivery of 94 houses and a nursing home if an operator for such a facility can be found.

The first group of 14 houses are now almost complete and a show house will soon be available.

Links have also been established with Matthew Ryan Auctioneer in Tipperary Town and GVM in Limerick.

The homes are three and four-bedroom semi-detached houses located at the Dundrum Road roundabout. In time a road to be constructed by the developer will traverse the entire estate to link to the Cashel Road.

The developer says the houses are ideal for first time buyers as the government help to buy and share equity schemes help with the issue of achieving a deposit.

The developer intends to progress with the next batch of houses as soon as the first batch are sold and says the construction traffic on site will be segregated from the new home occupiers.
