Tipperary county council has restored the Choice Based Letting portal for social housing which was out of service for a period on Monday.
Each week the council advertises social housing for suitably qualified applicants via the online portal. The council continues to stress that those making expressions of interest must ensure that they fully complete the checkout process on the portal otherwise their expression of interest will not be registered. The scheme has been hugely successful in County Tipperary with a 0% refusal rate.
9 homes are on this week’s list and all are located in Ballyclerihan Crescent Estate in Ballyclerihan. 3 of the homes are 3 bed homes and 6 are two bed homes. The cut off time to register an interest in these social houses for those on the housing list and approved for houses of this size is 11.59pm on Monday March 18th.
The council continues to stress that due to the volume of interest only the successful candidates will be notified. The council housing section can be contacted by telephone at 0818 06 5000 during normal office hours.
