Residents in the Tipperary area are being advised “Do Not Adjust Your Set”. The advice comes as multiple households are reporting difficulty with their ability to access programming on TV via the Saorview service.
Local TV technician Jack Leonard says the issue is not with the television sets but with the technical delivery of content by Saorview. The issue is expected to be resolved by tomorrow or Thursday at the latest as the company is now working to resolve the issue.
Mr Leonard says it is important that people do not change the settings on their TV as this will only lead to further delays to the resumption of normal service.
