The 20th Cashel Arts Festival continues with a whole host of events throughout today.
The festival aims to encourage visitors and the local community to participate in a wide variety of arts is key to the festival.
The organisers say there’s an event for everyone to enjoy from music, dance, to visual arts, film, theatre, to workshops, family events and literature events.
Today’s events include:
YOGA (Adults Only) in Halla na Feile at 8:30am (€8)
Indian Dance Workshop in Halla na Feile at 11am (€5)
YOGA (Children Only) in Halla na Feile at 1:30- 2pm (€5)
An Afternoon of Entertainment on the Plaza (Free) including
12pm – Sunday Morning Singers
12:45pm – Indian Dance
1:30pm Cashel Comhaltas Singers
2:15pm – Karbunklis Dancers
3pm – Lady Desart Choir
4pm – Wig Wam Glam Band
12-6pm -Robert Wyse Jackson Exhibition in the Chapter House (free)
2-6pm – Ceist na Talún – Songs of Land and Resistance at the Yellow Marqee at St John’s Catheral (free)
2-3pm – Phillip Quinn Sculpture Making at Dominics Green (€5)
8pm – Immram at the Rock of Cashel (€15)
