Gardaí are reminding drivers to be respectful of those who need disabled bays.
It comes after Clonmel Community Policing mountain bike patrol detected two vehicles parked in a disability bay today with no permits.
Both drivers received Fixed Charge Notices which is 150 euro fine each.
The local force has been highlighting the issue in recent weeks.
