A national school has received approval to proceed to tender for an extension in Clonmel.
The project at Powerstown National School will see an extension comprising 3 Mainstream classrooms including ensuite toilets and a toilet for assisted users, and a 1 Special Education Teaching Room.
Deputy Michael Lowry has welcomed confirmation of an extension under the Additional School Accommodation Scheme.
