The works carried out at Market Yard car park in Tipperary Town are finished ahead of schedule.
The project was to start on Mondat however it could pushed back to Tuesday due to staff shortage.
The works in included resurfacing and fresh markings for the car park spaces.
The car park is fully operational and is available to drivers for parking.
