Event organisers in County Tipperary are being encouraged to apply for funding under the Festival and Event Scheme.
The deadline for the scheme has been extended to Friday (Feb 11th) at 12 noon.
The local authority says the extension is in light of the recent easing of restrictions, as organisers may require additional time to consider their plans for 2022.
Where an application has already been made, organisers may submit additional/updated information before the new deadline should they wish to do so.

Funding is available at three levels, Community, Municipal or Premier and the funds awarded range from a maximum of €2500, €15,000 to €30,000 respectively.
