Every county will continue to see a rise in house prices this year according to the Sunday Times Property Price Guide.
The newspaper predicts properties in South Tipperary will increase by between 7 to 9 percent in 2022.
Kildare is expected to see the biggest jump in price while Monaghan will see the smallest increase.
