Members of the public can have their say on speed limits across county Tipperary as the County Council conducts a review of speed limit bye-laws.

The county council has drawn up draft bye-laws for 2017 which will be available for public inspection from Wednesday, October 19th until Friday November 18th at all local council offices, including the Cashel-Tipperary Municipal District Office on Rossanna Road in Tipperary town.

The draft-bye-laws will also be available to view online at www.tipperarycoco.ie, during that time.

It is understood that one of the features of the draft document is the proposed introduction of a mandatory limit of 30kph in all housing estates across the county.
