It has emerged that the Ballykisteen Hotel and Golf Resort just outside Tipperary town is on the market with a guide price of €2 million.
According to this morning’s Irish Times, the hotel is on sale for a fraction of its previous value.
The sale is being handled on the instructions of receiver Kieran Wallace, by CBRE – a leading commercial property and real estate services adviser.
The 40-bedroom hotel is located on 114 acres and has an 18-hole golf course.
