The Minister for the Enviroment, Phil Hogan, has published the list of homes on unfinished estates that won't have to pay property tax. The exemptions apply to around 5,000 properties nationally.
Homes in 22 such estates in North Tipperary have been identified while homes in South Tipperary are also on the list.
However, not all houses in these estates will be exempt as some parts of these developments are deemed to be more fit for purpose than others.
