The Cashel Christmas Lights Switch-On is to take place on Saturday, the 2nd of December, from 4:30 to 5:30 in the Cashel Plaza. The ceremony will include St Patrick’s Brass Band Cashel and the Diarmuid O’Hurley Pipe Band Cashel playing Christmas songs as well as an appearance from Santa himself. All are invited to partake in the festivities of the night.

Tractors in Lights and Santa will switch on Christmas lights in Cahir this Saturday (Dec 2nd) at 6pm plus Santa Grotto opens from 6 to 8pm.

Crosses Bar Donohill will host a race night on Saturday 2nd December at 8pm, Enterainment by Willie Bun all in Aid of the Donohill Development, Donohill Soccer Club, Building Completion Project Funderaiser.

Tipperary Golf Club will be hosting a coffee morning on Sunday 3rd Dec from 10-11.30am in aid of SVP. All are welcome

Gala Evening of Music & Song Thurles Cathedral Choirwith Clonmel concert Band & Special Guests. Sunday 3rd 7.30pm Thurles Cathedral. Admission Free. Donations greatly appreciated on the night towards the Cathedral Reroofing project.

Doon Christmas Fair will take place in Doon Community Centre on Sunday 3rd December from 2pm, to 5pm. Stalls, Christmas Café, Santa and wheel of fortune. Sensory Santa for those who enjoy a sensory friendly experience from 12noon to 2pm.

Aherlow Christmas Market takes place this Sunday (3rd Dec 11 am to 4pm) – with a fabulous range of gifts and yummy things to eat from local producers and craftspeople. We are expecting the man himself to come along too. All welcome to the Glen to join in the fun.

Irish Wheelchair Association in Tipperary Town are holding a Christmas Craft Fair and Coffee Morning on Wednesday 6th December from 11am to 3pm. All Welcome to pop in for Tea and a chat proceeds go back to the I.W.A Centre.

Oola Christmas Market Sunday 10th December Oola Community Centre from 2pm to 6pm. Craft Stalls, Food Stalls, Monster Raffle, Santa’s Grotto (€5 per Child, family deals available) and Live Music.

Christmas Concert in The Sacred Heart Chuch Templemore December 10th 2023. Host: Parish Folk Group. Doors open 6.45pm. Concert 7.30pm Tickets €25. Special guests on the night Derek Ryan and Ryan Morgan. The turning on the Christmas lights in Tipperary Town will go ahead on Sunday December 10th at 5pm. The event will take place in the Market Yard with music provided by DJ Francis and the CJ Kickham Band. While Pat the Magician along with balloon modeling and face painting will feature to entertain the children. The Tipperary Vintage Rally will be transporting Santa Claus to the event too.

Horticulture Course in Doon Places are available in Doon Social Farm for those interested in learing how to grow organic vegetables and fruit. It’s a full time QQI level 4 Course in Organic Growing, which is funded by the LCETB and ideally suited to those on social welfare or in receipt of benefits. All ages and abilities welcome. Doon Social Farm invites you to visit their Community Café – held every Friday between 10am and 1pm. The Farm Shop is also open – Organic Vegetables, Salads, Organic eggs, home made donations of baked goods, jams and art can be purchased. C-Saw in Tipperary Town Is open every Monday morning (including bank holidays) from 10.30am to 12.30pm. This is for anyone who would like to pop in for a cuppa and chat. The Venue is the Band Hall Davis Street. All Welcome

South Tipperary Involvement Centre, Clonmel. – The Centre is run by people with a lived experience of Mental Health issues. Social activities are organised in the centre weekly. The group operated from Place4U, 25 Upper Gladstone Street Clonmel and open every Tuesday to Friday from 11am to 1pm.
