Impact Of Storm Kathleen Still Felt

The impacts of Storm Kathleen are still being felt. A power outage on the Galtee Regional Public Supply caused a water outage for the Kilfeacle Donaskeigh and surrounding areas on Saturday. The water booster station at Kilfeacle was impacted. The station at Ballinard  was also disrupted which led to water outages  in Moyglass, Arbourhill and surrounding areas.  

Meanwhile in Tipperary Town street lighting on St Michael street is out of action, one of the gates at the railway crossing on station road has been damaged, a small tree was uprooted on Station Road and slates were reported to have fallen on O’Connell Road, Abbey street and at Carrowclough. Property owners are advised to check their properties for slates that may have become dislodged during the storm.
