Gardaí are investigating an alleged assault on a man that occurred at a premises in Dundrum, County Tipperary.
The man, aged in his 60s, was taken to Tipperary University Hospital on Thursday 29th February 2024 and he is currently receiving treatment for serious injuries.
A man in his 60s has been arrested as part of this investigation and is currently being detained at a Garda station in South Tipperary under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
