The shopping centre located on the Limerick road at the edge of Tipperary town is to be sold by auction on March 21st. The BidX1 company is managing the auction and suggests a guide price of €1.6M. Intending bidders must register in advance.
The entire development extends to approximately 1,707 sq metres or (18,377 sq ft) and is producing an annual income of €229,485 at present.
The Centre has three vacant units at present but a new tenant, Card Factory Ireland is expected to begin operations at the centre in the near future.
The sale includes two development sites comprising 1.19 acres adjacent to the centre that could further improve the return on investment for any potential buyer.
Dunnes Stores are the anchor tenants and their premises not included in the sale.
Current tenants include The Carvery Restaurant, a car wash business, DV8, Pure Pharmacy, Smart Tech, Speed Queen Launderette and En Paris Fashions.
The centre also benefits from 308 car parking spaces and boasts annual footfall of 1.3 million customers.
