Met Eireann has updated the Status Yellow snow and ice warnings to now include Tipperary, Clare, Galway, Laois, Offaly, Westmeath, Wicklow. This warning comes into effect from 3am tomorrow morning until 1pm on tomorrow.
Sleet and snow for a time will lead to some accumulations, with the most significant accumulations forecast for higher ground.
Met Eireann is warning of hazardous travelling conditions, poor visibility, ice on untreated surfaces.
A Status Yellow Rain and Sleet warning coupled with blustery easterly winds is forecast for most of Leinster from 5am tomorrow until 5am on Friday morning.
Irish Coastal waters also have an easterly gale force warning in place from 4pm today until midnight.
