Over 50 houses are to built in Clonmel after planning was approved by the local authority.
The applicant Yellow Wave Ltd plans to construct 4 bed semi detached, detached, 3 bed semi detached and end of terrace and also 2 bed mid terrace dwellings.
The properties will be located at Parklands Estate, Glenconnor road in the town.
The plans also consist of the constructing of all roads, footpaths, green areas and associated services.
The planning permission is attached with 25 conditions.
