A community is hoping to raise 10,000 euro to secure the future of their playground in Killenaule.
The facility which was established in 2008 is in need of essential maintenance work to protect the health and safety of all users.
The committee says if the works are not carried out the playground is at risk of closure.
They’re calling on people and local businesses to support this amentity which been enjoyed by many children over the years.
