The building of new homes is a step closer after the local authority approved planning permission for a development in Tipperary Town.
The applicant Remcoll Capitol Ltd are to build 11 two storey two-bedroom terraced houses.
There’s 22 conditions attached to the project which is located An Duiche, Scalaheen in the town.
It also includes both foul and storm water services to the proposed houses, the provision of watermain services to the proposed houses, the provision of carparking facilities for the proposed dwellings, the provision of a pedestrian footpath, the provision of all public lighting, the provision of all boundary treatments to the dwellings and site boundaries and all ancillary site works.
