Business owners in Tipperary Town are being encouraged to decorate their windows for St. Patrick’s Day.
Tipp Town Chamber of Commerce is holding a Best Dressed Window Competition in conjunction with the St. Patrick’s Family Fun Day in the Market Yard on March 17th.
The winner of the Best Dressed Window will be awarded the Perpetual Trophy for display in their premises for the coming year.
The event on March 17th will feature entertainment with live music, displays, children’s activities, and food available throughout the day.
Green ice cream will be available at Quik Pick and Gerry’s on the Main Street, while the Welcome store on Kickham Plaza will be offering green candyfloss on the day.
St. Patrick’s Day parade in Cappawhite will commence at 11.30am with registrations to close at 11.15am.
