Rise in number of people on trolleys at South Tipperary General Hospital

The number of people on trolleys at South Tipperary General Hospital has soared once again.
The latest figures from the INMO have revealed that today 22 people were awaiting beds at the Clonmel hospital.
Nationally the figure was 511.
University Hospital Limerick had the same number of people on trolleys as South Tipp General.
In Waterford the number was 25, while Cork University Hospital had the highest number of people on trolleys outside the capital at 43.
The hospital with the most people on trolleys nationally was St Vincent’s in Dublin, with 48.
