A Co Tipperary housing project has been shortlisted in the Community Housing Awards. The award is presented every two years and is organised by the Irish Council for Social Housing.
Nominees are divided in to ten different categories and St Patrick’s Dwellings for the Elderly in Cashel is in the Housing Management Initiatives list.
Commenting, the CEO of the Irish Council for Social Housing, Donal McManus said that the Cashel project, which is located on Deerpark Road, is a testament to the qualities the award organisers value, such as quality in housing delivery, management and services to tenants and communities.
The winners of the Allianz Community Housing Awards will be announced at a special ceremony in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, on 16th September.
