More homes were sold last year in Co Tipperary than was the case in 2012. that is according to the latest Property Price Registar published by property website Myhome .ie.
In total there were 720 sales in the Premier county last year. This is an 18% increase on the 612 sales reported in 2012.
The most popular area to buy property in the county was Nenagh, where there were 126 transactions last year.
