An agreement between between Ireland and China to work together on a multi billion euro equestrian centre in China will involve Co Tipperary in a key way.

 

The Chinese are building a national equine centre in its fourth largest city TianjinSet to cost almost €2 billion the project will be worth €40in exports to Ireland.

Speaking on Tipperary Mid West Radio Fine Gael TD Tom Hayes said that as part of the agreement China’s leading agriculture students will spend 2 months studying at Coolmore Stud in Tipperary
