Borrisokane Centre Contract

It has been announced that the construction contract for the anticipated Borrisokane Day Centre will be awarded in the coming weeks According to Deputy Noel Coonan today,  the Estates Manager with the HSE has informed him that the tender proces is near completion and the design team are finalising the report.

It is anticipated that a works contract could be awarded in the next few weeks and that construction could commence on the site in late April of this year.

The works will involve the construction of a new elderly day care centre adjacent to the existing HSE Primary Care Centre which is located in the the former convent building in Borrisokane
