An update on the N24 Cahir towards Limerick Road project is expected from the Design team in early 2024. Director of Services for Roads with Tipperary County Council Marcus O’Connor informed councillors at today’s budget meeting that work on the road design scheme was progressing well.
Mr O’Connor says that surveys of land for the route are underway and that many of the land access issues have been resolved while some remain outstanding. Mr O’Connor assured councillors that a comprehensive update would be available no later than March 2024 while the Route Selection Report for the N24 Waterford to Cahir Road project will definitely be published before the end of January.
