Tipperary Mid West Community Radio is a community radio station serving Tipperary town, Cashel, and south Co. Tipperary on 104.8fm, 106.7fm and online. The station is licensed by Coimisiún na Meán (formerly known as the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland).
Mission Statement
Tipperary Mid West Community Radio aims to inform and entertain. We provide a service which celebrates local music, sports, culture, and heritage of our community.
Through our open policies of participation and access, we facilitate representation to the community in all areas of station life. We provide relevant training, support, and employment for our staff and volunteers.
We try to integrate new and established communities through participation in the radio service.
We strive to meet the needs of a changing community and remain a lifeline for the people of Tipperary Mid West.
