Status Yellow Low Temperature & Ice Warning To Clear This Morning


A Status Yellow low temperature and ice warning is in place for Ireland with frost and fog slow to clear this morning. Temperatures overnight in county Tipperary dropped as low as -6 °C with temperatures of -8.6 °C recorded in Kilkenny.

Met Éireann is warning of very cold weather and icy stretches making for difficult travelling conditions. The warning is in place until noon today. Drivers, cyclists and pedestrians are asked to use caution as they undertake their journeys.
