Fine Gael TD Tom Hayes has said that he will keep making requests to ensure South Tipperary General Hospital is represented on the new hospitals board when the reorganisation process for hospitals is underway.
Deputy Hayes was responding to Independent TD Seamus Healy who while giving the plans to reorganise the hospital network around the country a cautious welcome, expressed concern at a lack of detail in terms of how these boards will be compiled.
