Local woman Dee Morrissey is to appear on TG4 on Saturday. The popular singer has been asked to sing the National Anthem before the Tipperary Ladies Gaelic Football match against Donegal in the Senior All Ireland Championship.
The game is a home fixture set for Galtee Rovers GAA grounds in Bansha on Saturday with a 1pm throw in time.
TG4 will broadcast and live stream the match on a busy day for Tipperary Supporters with the All Ireland Hurling Quarter final against Galway set for 6.15pm in the TUS Gaelic Grounds. RTE will broadcast this match and the earlier Limerick/ Dublin Hurling Quarter final from Croke Park which throws in at 4pm.
