A new operator has taken over the management of the bar & restaurant at Dundrum Golf Club part of the Dundrum House Hotel Complex.
The name will also change from Deansgrove to Le Grá. Chef Jarek Gardynik and his partner Monica are the new management team. Jarek is from Poland and has been living in Ireland for 3 years.
The restaurant will be open for breakfast from 10am and also offer lunch and evening meals and operate an open pizza kitchen as part of the offering.
The restaurant will close at 7.30pm on Sunday to Wednesday and be open until 9pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Over the coming weeks a new menu will be put in place.
