Tipperary county council is to provide grant aid to individuals and groups organising local events for Heritage Week which will take place from 16th to the 24th of August.
The overarching theme for National Heritage Week 2025 is “Exploring Our Foundations.”
The grant scheme is open to individuals/community groups and not for profit organisations, heritage and biodiversity groups, venues and societies. However, all parties in receipt of funding from Tipperary County Council must be members of Tipperary PPN. The level of grant assistance for any one event will range from €200 to €500.
National Heritage Week, is an initiative by the Heritage Council and celebrates all things heritage involving communities, families, organisations, cultural institutions, academics and enthusiasts. The Tipperary Heritage Week Event Grant Scheme 2025 is now open and will accept applications until 4pm on Friday June 20th. Application forms are available on the council website.
