House prices in the mid west region continue to increase.
There’s been almost an 11 percent jump in house prices in the past year according to the CSO’S Residential Price Property Index.
The figures are based on data from this March to March of last year.
Co. Tipperary has the lowest housing prices in Munster with 240,000 euro being set as the median price.
In South Tipperary the dearest eircode area to purchase a house was the Cashel area at 253,000 euro followed closely by Clonmel area 250,000 euro with the Tipperary Town area the cheapest place to buy a house at 195,000 euro.
Nationally house prices jumped by 7.5% in the 12 months to March 2025 with the the median price being €362,500.
