Canon Hayes Recreaction Centre are running the following classes: A Fitness and Mobility Class every Wednesday at 10am. All are welcome to attend for a small fee. Enjoy a cup of tea/coffee and chat in a friendly atmosphere. A pregnancy workout for expectant mothers. This class will take place every Wednesday at 5.45pm and also the centre is creating a network of friendship and support for Parents with their parent and child fitness fiesta. This is a workout for parents, babies and toddlers every Monday morning at 9.30am and Tuesday evening at 5.45pm. No need to book just come along to the class and pay on the day.
