The Tipperary Senior Hurling team controls it’s own destiny after a win in Clare on Saturday.
Tipperary defeated the reigning all Ireland Champions Clare by 3 points to now stand in third place in the table.
The win was Tipperary’s first Munster championship victory since April 2023.
Tipperary face Waterford in their final group match in Thurles on May 18th knowing that a win will get them through to the All-Ireland series.
Tipperary are third in the table behind Cork and Limerick who like Waterford have two games to play.
The top two teams will play in the Munster final set for June 7th.
