St Michael’s soccer team based in Tipperary town, are on track to complete a double of Tipperary League and Cup titles for their senior team.
The team are now in the final of the Tipperary Cup after a three nil win over Peake Villa’s B team last night.
St Michael’s clinched the Tipperary South District League (TSDL) title last month and will now face the winners of the second TSDL Tipperary cup semi-final. Clonmel Town FC have a home match against Two Mile Borris at 7pm tonight with the winner to face St Michael’s in the final.
St Michael’s has three teams and all are enjoying a great season. The Youth Team will play in the TSDL Division 2 Tipperary Youth Shield Final in Galbally against Galbally United AFC on May 10th with a 7pm kick off time.
On Sunday May 11th the B Team are in the quarter final of the TSDL Paddy Purtill Cup where they face Powerstown in Clonmel with a 3pm kick off.
