Halla Na Féile To Host A Coffee Morning In Aid Of The Alzheimer’s Society Of Ireland This Morning

The Cathaoirleach of Tipperary County Council and local councillor Declan Burgess is hosting a Coffee Morning at Halla na Féile in Cashel today. The coffee morning is in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland and will run from 10.00am to 12.30pm.

Cllr Burgess says everyone is welcome to come to socialise and to support a great cause. The funds raised on the Alzheimer’s Tea Day will help support people with dementia and their carers. 64,000 people have an Alzheimer’s diagnosis in Ireland. The Alzheimer Society of Ireland operates the Alzheimer National Helpline offering information and support to anyone affected by dementia on 1800 341 341.

Tipp Mid West Radio presenter, Oliver Corbett, will broadcast Morning Call live from Halla na Féile  this morning from 10.15 to noon.
