The Munster Council revealed yesterday that fans attending the Tipperary Cork match in Pairc Ui Chaoimh on Sunday will be treated to a 30 minute set by the Frank and Walters band beginning at 2.40pm. The band are long established and from Cork.
The gates will open at 2pm and the pivotal Munster Championship match begins at 4pm. Tickets for Tipperary’s Games against Cork and Clare are sold out while tickets for the final group match against Waterford in Semple Stadium on May 18th are still available.
The opening two matches in the 2025 Senior Hurling Championship ended in draws last Sunday. Cork drew with Clare and Tipperary drew with Limerick. Waterford will play their first match against Clare on Sunday at 2pm.The top two teams after the group stages will play in the Munster Final with the top three teams progressing to the All-Ireland Hurling Championship. The Munster Final is set for 6pm on Saturday June 7th.
