Two businesses are to leave Tipperary town but will continue to trade at new locations.
Good wishes have been extended to both Nolan’s Workwear(Blind Street) and to Body and Soul Thai Massage(Church Street)
Body and Soul Thai Massage has ended services at Church Street and will shortly resume services in the owner’s home in south Tipperary. The business run by Ms Natsara Mongkhol, known as Nina to her many devoted customers, has been in Tipperary town for almost 7 years. Ms Mongkhol says the support and kindness of Tipperary people in general and also from her clients is much appreciated. The business offers a range of therapeutic techniques, stretching exercises and the applying of pressure to energy spots to assist with physical recovery after injuries. Nina is also a qualified acupuncturist and hopes to be able to resume services in a few weeks at her new location
Nolan Workwear, which began operations in 2021 after taking over Stitchrite is moving to Monaghan to enable the operator, Lisa Nolan, to be closer to her elderly parents.Ms Nolan says Tipperary town is her favourite place in the world and will forever hold a place in her heart. Born in South Africa to Irish parents Ms Nolan once got lost while touring in Ireland in 2014 and arrived at Christ the King Statue in the Glen of Aherlow. After taking up a job opportunity in Clonmel she moved to live in Tipperary town from Askeaton and then took the opportunity to purchase Stitchrite. The business will close on April 25th and all orders or items for alteration will be completed at that stage. The store on Blind street is open on Wednesdays to Friday between 10 to 1pm and 2 to 6pm. Ms Nolan intends to expand the business offering in Monaghan and will be known as Nolan’s Workwear, Safety and Security after securing distribution rights to the world’s best Security Barrier.
