Horse and Jockey M8 Junction To Partially Close To Allow For Road Works

The M8 Junction at the Horse and Jockey is to be partially closed to allow for road works on two occasions in the coming weeks.

The night time closure on the Northbound lane at Junction six is scheduled for Thursday April 10^th and again between the 16^th and 18^th April. The lane will be closed from 7pm until  5am the following morning on each occasion.

Traffic can divert at the Horse and Jockey onto the R639 road – the old Dublin Cork Main Road, and travel through Littleton, Ballyshane and Urlingford, turning left onto the R693 after Urlingford and re-join the M8 at Junction 4.
