The Tipperary County Board is to make the draws for the 2025 County Club Championships this evening. Gaelic games are on an upward trend in the county given recent success at school, underage and the Tipperary Senior Hurlers in the Allianz Hurling League final on Sunday against Cork. The County Board is also currently promoting a raffle of a house in Cashel as a major fundraiser to help expand the player facilities in Thurles. The draw for the house located at Bregawn in Cashel will be held on April 11th – the house is a 4-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom, 121m² Semi-Detached A2 Energy Rated house close to the M8.
An alternative cash prize of €300,000 is available if the winner does not wish to take the house. Tickets can be purchased on the website winahouse.ie – this method of fundraising has been adopted by several other GAA Boards and Clubs.The 2025 county hurling championships will commence on the last weekend of July – the All-Ireland Senior Hurling final is set for July 20th. The Tipperary club football championship starts the first weekend of August – the All-Ireland Football final will be held on July 27th.
