Tipperary Town is to benefit from the new partnership between Applegreen and Marks and Spencer. The Applegreen outlet on Davitt Street including the Subway restaurant will be closed from today until April 22nd to enable interior construction works to be completed.
The fuel station for petrol and diesel and domestic fuel will continue to be available throughout the refit. Newspapers, Milk, Bread and daily essentials will be available via a smaller temporary premises located in a blue container to the rear of the forecourt. Lotto and ATM services will not be available during the construction phase.
When the outlet reopens on Tuesday April 22nd the store will continue to offer Subway in addition to a range of Marks and Spencer food products and M&S wine. There will be no hot beverages on sale at Applegreen in Tipperary Town during the store refit. 18 staff are employed at the store and the staff will be undergoing some training during the closure according to store manager Lorna Duggan.
