Two arts organisations in county Tipperary to receive a total of €182,170 in funding as part of the Arts Council first round of direct grant funding worth €68.5M for 2025 .
Live Art Ireland in Tipperary will receive €42,170 through the Visual Artists Workspace Scheme, supporting 79 artists while the Source Arts Centre will receive €140,000 in Arts Centre funding.
A total of 104 arts organisations received grants through the Strategically Funded programme, totalling €57.7 million. 41 arts centres were awarded a total of €10 million in this round of funding, which will support the running of each centre. In addition, 30 Art Studio Spaces will receive €746,000 in funding grants, providing a workspace for 1,117 Visual Artists in 15 counties.
In 2025 there will be 33 direct grant schemes offered by the Arts Council and all are open and competitive.
