Tickets for the 41st Annual Tipperary Pantomime production of Treasure Island will go on sale on tomorrow – December 17th.
The show will run from Wednesday, January 22nd until Saturday, January 25th inclusive at the Tipperary Excel Centre. The company previously staged Treasure Island in 2011.
Catherine Ryan, the Chairperson of the Tipperary Pantomime Society says the show has lively music, lots of fun and will feature 90 people on stage for the finale. The cast includes 38 seven to eleven year olds, 24, twelve to sixteen year olds, older teenagers and adults. Stephen Stokes and Katie Russell will head the cast in the roles of Jim Hawkins and Polly Silver as they tell the tale of the search for lost treasure with many twists and turns along the way. Catherine Ryan is also in charge of choreography with the overall show being produced by Pat Ryan.
Tickets will be sold for the first week directly from the Excel Centre and then be available on line in the following weeks.

The office is open on Mondays from 1.30pm to 4.30pm, Tuesday and Wednesdays from 10am to 4.30pm, Thursday and Friday from 10.00am – 4.30pm and also from 7 – 10pm. On Saturday the Box Office is open from 11 – 4.30pm and between 7 and 10pm and on Sundays from 1.00pm – 4.30pm.
