Nineteen GAA clubs in county Tipperary have been allocated a total of €235,013 under the Club Development Grant Scheme. The moneys can be used for land purchase, dressing room or gym development, refurbishment of handball courts, pitch development including floodlights and hurling wall developments.
The largest individual grant was €30,000 to Kilruane McDonaghs in Cloughjordan. 8 clubs secured a €20,000 allocation including Knockavilla Kickhams, Solohead, and Eire og Annacarty GAA Clubs.
The two smallest grants of €1,350 and €886 went to Cappawhite and Rockwell Rovers respectively for sanding measures on their pitches. The six Munster counties shared a total of €1,362520 in this round of Club Development Grants.
