Three Tipperary schools are involved in the preliminary quarter finals of the Harty Cup today. The competition is the premier schools hurling competition in Munster for students under 19.
The current holders Nenagh CBS will face De La Salle College of Waterford in Bansha at 1.30pm. Two former winners Thurles CBS and Our Lady’s Templemore will meet at the GAA grounds in the Ragg also at 1.30pm today.
St. Flannan’s meet John The Baptist Community School while Cork’s North Mon face Blackwater Community School Lismore in the other preliminary quarter finals.The winners today will be through to the quarter finals proper on January 8th.
