The Munster GAA Council is scheduling two Munster Club Football Finals involving Tipperary Clubs for Mallow GAA Grounds on consecutive days.
Aherlow Lattin will face Austin Stacks from Kerry at 1pm on Saturday December 7th in the Intermediate Championship. On Sunday December 8th Loughmore Castleiney will take on Dr Crokes from Kerry also in Mallow with a 1.30pm throw in time in the Senior final.
A double header was not considered a feasible option due to available daylight hours, size of venue and wear and tear on pitches.
On Saturday November 30th Cashel King Cormacs Intermediate Hurling Champions in Tipperary will take on Watergrasshill from County Cork at 6pm in the TUS Gaelic Grounds in Limerick with a Munster Title at stake.
FBD Semple Stadium in Thurles is to host the Munster Senior Club Final hurling final on December 1st between Ballygunner from Waterford and Sarsfields from Cork with a throw-in time of 3.15pm.
